Loaded Tots scream Super Bowl if you ask me! But if you asked me if they screamed Tuesday, I would say yes, so I’ll let you be the judge. This recipe is super simple and super tasty!
These loaded tots can be a great side, an entrée, or the perfect addition to a tapas bar!
Ingredients:
- 32 oz bag of Tator Tots
- 1/4- 3/4 cup Ranch Dressing
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- Green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Prepare your tots according to the directions on the package. You want them to be golden brown. — Leave the oven on
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix ranch and sour cream ( feel free to add a dash of salt and pepper to taste)
- Spread mixture above over cooked tots
- Top with shredded cheese and return to oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese
- Top with bacon and green onions
- Enjoy!
