These Turtle Pretzels are the easiest recipe on the blog! Since I was young, my family has always taken holiday baking very seriously! We plan about a week to bake all of our sweet treats and really enjoy the process of it! Since we are not together this year, we have all discussed what we are making with our own little families!
My mom introduced this recipe a few years ago, and it’s too simple to leave off the holiday menu!
Ingredients:
- 2 C pecan halves
- 12 oz bag Rolo candies
- 4 C mini pretzel squares
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
- Line pretzels on the sheet so they are not overlapping
- Place a single unwrapped Rolo on each pretzel
- Bake for 3-4 minutes
- Place pecan half over melted Rolo and press down
- Let cool and enjoy
You can store these Turtle Pretzels in an airtight container for a few weeks. If you keep your home warm, you may want to store them in the fridge. These are also fun/cheap ones to gift! Pop them in a cute bag or container with a gift tag and drop them off! I hope you enjoy them and make sure you check out the other #12DaysofChristmas Cocktails and Treats!
XOXO, Laya
